Mr. Reed reads the Newberys

In 2022, the Newbery Medal – one of the best-known awards for children's literature – will turn 100 years old. To celebrate, I'm reading every Newbery winner from 1922 to now. I'm starting fresh, so even the ones I've read in the past I'm going to read again. I'll read in no particular order, reviewing each one as I go.

The Newbery Medal is awarded annually by the Association for Library Service to Children, a division of the American Library Association. It rewards "the most distinguished contribution to American literature for children." Join me for the journey!
