Safeguarding your personal information is something that we take very seriously at ASL. In accordance with the UK Data Protection Act of 1998, information collected by ASL is used solely for the purposes of school communications, educational procedures and programs, business office and advancement functions and fundraising, and will be made available only to relevant members of the ASL faculty and staff.
In addition, unless you tell us otherwise, your personal contact details (address, email address and telephone number) will be included in the School's online directory. The online directory is only accessible to current families, and faculty and staff via the website.
An online directory of alumni, parents of alumni, and former faculty and staff is available on the passworded section of our alumni website. It is understood that by the School giving access to this directory, and by families agreeing to be listed therein, that its contents will only be used in the furtherance of ASL-related business or social contact between consenting families. Any violations of this trust will be taken very seriously. Should you have concerns about any use of your information, please contact the admissions office in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org).
