Visiting ASL

If you’re coming to London, please stop by ASL! We are happy to give you a tour and help you reconnect with teachers, coaches and friends who still might be on campus. Please complete the visitor request form below to confirm that a member of staff will be here to greet you when you visit.

Due to ASL security policies, all visitors must first check in at the Waverley Place reception desk and be shown around School by a member of staff. The calendar will help you coordinate your visit (avoiding bank holidays, school breaks, etc). 

Please note that school-aged alumni wishing to visit with their classmates during school hours must review the class visitors’ policy. School-aged alumni who wish to visit the Lower School or Middle School must complete the appropriate vistors forms. High School visitors should indicate their wishes on the form itself.

Class visitors’ policy:

School-aged alumni who wish to visit their class either during lunch or class-time must seek approval from the divisional administration. All forms submitted with class visit requests will be passed along to the appropriate division by the alumni office for approval. Please note, class visits are permitted from October-May only and not allowed during the weeks prior to major school recesses.
