When a friend recommended alumnus Sean Brecker try the meditation app Headspace to help him sleep, three years ago, he reluctantly gave it a try. Today, he's not only a convert to daily meditation, he's also CFO of the company.
This winter, the alumni office travelled coast to coast to host events for former students, parents and faculty/staff.
We love it when our alumni return home to ASL to visit, and recently Grade 9 students were honored to have the opportunity to take part in workshops with actor and fellow Eagle Michael Benz '00.
