The American School in London Foundation (UK) Limited (The "Foundation (UK)") is a company limited by guarantee, registered in England & Wales (company no. 04131404), which is wholly-owned by the American School in London Foundation (the "Foundation) and is a charity registered with the charity commission for England & Wales (registration no. 1086037). For US federal tax purposes, the Foundation (UK) is classified as a disregarded entity and therefore contributions to the Foundation (UK) are eligible for the US federal income tax charitable deduction (US Tax ID 13-6254840). Contributions to the Foundation (UK) may also be eligible for UK tax relief. The Foundation (UK) supports the American School in London Educational Trust, Ltd. through grants. Use of contributions for grants is at the complete control and discretion of the directors of the Foundation (UK).
