Payments & cancelations

Payment policy:
  • Places in programs are not guaranteed until fees are paid in full.
  • Programs are payable in advance by credit or debit card. A refund for non-attendance for any reason is not available (see cancellation policy below).
  • We rely on the input of accurate information regarding the age, grade level and enrollment status of participants. Registration does not guarantee enrollment in programs for which participants are unsuitable.
  • For Sports Camp, children must select two different activities in which to specialize, and concentrate on them for the week.
Cancellation policy:
  • If cancellation of registration is made by 9am on the Monday three weeks prior to each week of enrollment, a full refund will be issued.
  • If cancellation of registration is made by 9am on the Monday two weeks prior to each week of enrollment, a 50% refund will be issued.
  • If cancellation is made after 9am on the Monday two weeks prior to each week of enrollment, no refund will be issued.
  • If applicable, refunds will be issued to payment cards. 
  • All cancellations must be made by contacting summer@asl.org.
