Virtual tours and meetings

Please select a tour based on the grade(s) to which you are considering applying. Each 60-minute small group meeting will be conducted via Zoom by a member of the admissions team and will include chances to see the facilities and learn about the application process. If you've already had a tour or attended an open house, but still have questions, join us for a casual chat at our admissions tea.

Please note for virtual tours: Registration is available no less than 24 hours in advance of an event so please plan in advance. Once you register, you will receive an email with a Zoom link and further instructions. In order to participate in our virtual tours, families must complete a prospect form in advance of their scheduled time slot or cannot be admitted into the meeting. If you do not find a time that works for you, please send an email and we will try to accommodate you. 

Please note for admissions tea and chat: Registration is available up until the event starting time. It is not necessary to fill out a prospect form for this meeting. Feel free to pop in to ask a question; no obligation to stay, but you're welcome to bring your tea, cake and conversation.  

Cancelling: If you find you are unable to attend a scheduled meeting, we kindly ask that you use the link in your registration email to cancel and free the place for another family. 

Consent: Our small group virtual tours may include more than one family and participants will be able to see and hear one another. The meetings will not be recorded and it is prohibited for attendees to record or otherwise capture the content, likenesses, visual or audio of the meeting.
