Fee waivers

The American School in London recognizes that the costs of applying for admission can create a financial hardship for some families. In such cases, the School administers fee waivers for required application procedures, including standardized testing and financial aid application fees.

Application fee

Families applying for financial aid do not need to pay the application fee. Please indicate your interest in applying for financial aid by ticking the box on the application or emailing financialaid@asl.org when starting your application and the fee will be waived.

Fees for the standardized test

Families who have students that need to take the ISEE may request a waiver from our admissions office.
Please note: late registration charges are not covered by the fee waiver.

Fees for the School and Student Service (SSS) application for financial aid

Applicants for financial aid must complete the Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) and follow the SSS process by filing an online application at solutionsbysss.com between 1 October and 1 March. SSS has established fee waiver guidelines according to family income.
