Supporting ASL
ASL's ability to provide an outstanding American independent school education in London depends on the collective financial and volunteer support of parents, alumni, parents of alumni, grandparents, faculty, staff, corporations and friends. The ASL community is extraordinarily generous. Each year, charitable gifts and dedicated volunteers help ensure our continued success.
The following key programs and organizations represent the main areas of support for the School:
Annual Giving
An annual appeal for money in support of the School's current-year operating expenses. Appeals begin in October and continue through 30 June.
Capital Giving
Gifts to ASL that serve a specific purpose beyond the time of the initial gift, for example, in support of a building project. Endowed funds support the academic curriculum, students and faculty.
The School is currently in the final months of a capital campaign, Fulfilling Great Expectations, which seeks to raise funds for faculy and staff endowment as well as construction of the School Center for Education and the Arts. Click here for more information.
Volunteer
The School is very grateful to the many volunteers who give their most precious resource every year: their time.
Senior Fund
A fund or object from the graduating class presented during commencement week. Support from students for the Senior Fund is encouraged throughout Grade 12.
