The Sports Camp reserves the right to charge an administrative cancellation fee if a student drops out of the program after registration but before 16 June. After this date, no refunds will be made. Places cannot be reserved until full payment is received.

In the event that a course is undersubscibed, it may be canceled. Participants will be notified of any cancellations as soon as possible.
