A first-hand account
Anne Frank's stepsister and Holocaust survivor Eva Schloss spoke movingly to HS students about her family and experiences. To the cast members of the upcoming HS play, who portray members of her family, she presented a photograph of their character.
ASL-upon-Avon
The High School English department spent a day at the RSC's Courtyard Theatre in Stratford participating in workshops on three of Shakespeare’s plays. The teachers enjoyed an evening performance of Hamlet and returned with lots of ideas for activities to bring literature to life in the classroom.

Transformations and Anthony Browne
Author and illustrator Anthony Browne spent a day in the Lower School. He spoke to LS students and boys from neighboring Arnold House School at assembly. In the Grade 2 art classes he used his book, Changes, to show students how drawings can express and inspire the themes in stories.
